We are a platform, not a seller

Every listing on DoraSpot is created by a user. The description, photos, price, condition and availability are theirs. We do not verify them item by item, and a listing being live is not an endorsement of it or of the person who posted it.

Deals happen between users

When you contact a seller, any agreement you reach is directly with them. We are not a party to it, we take no payment for it and we hold no money in escrow. We cannot force either side to honour it, refund it or complete it.

Before you pay anyone

• Meet in a public place and inspect the item before paying.
• Be wary of anyone asking for an advance, a deposit or a "booking fee" before you have seen the item.
• Check paperwork yourself — registration, ownership, warranty, encumbrances.
• Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card number or bank password with a buyer or seller. No genuine deal needs them.

Accuracy of what you see

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that listings are correct, current or complete, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prices for our own services are shown on the Pricing page and are the ones that apply at checkout.

Outside links

Listings and profiles may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their security or what they do with your data.

Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for losses from a deal between you and another user, from an item not matching its listing, or from anything you decided based on a listing.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
