Shipping & Delivery Policy

What we deliver

DoraSpot is a classifieds and trade marketplace. The only things you buy from us are:

• Ad publishing — your listing goes live on the site.
• Packages — ad credits added to your account.

There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no delivery address to give us.

When it reaches you

You will also get an email confirmation with the order reference. If payment went through but nothing appeared within an hour, contact us with that reference and we will fix it or refund it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How long an ad stays up

Each ad runs for the duration attached to the plan you used — shown on the ad form before you pay, and on the ad itself afterwards. When it expires the listing comes down and you can republish it.

Items sold between users

When you buy something from a seller on DoraSpot, the delivery, collection, packaging, courier, timeline and cost are entirely between you and that seller. We do not:

• collect, hold or forward payment for those items;
• arrange, book or track any shipment;
• guarantee that an item arrives, or that it matches the listing.

Agree the delivery terms with the other person in writing before money changes hands. For anything of value, prefer meeting in a public place and checking the item first.

Service availability

The site is available to post from anywhere, and listings can be placed in any of the countries and cities in our location list. Whether a seller will actually deliver to your area is their decision, not ours — ask them.
