1. Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

2. What you may list

You may list items and services you are legally entitled to sell. Your listing must be honest: real photos, a real price, the actual condition.

You may not list:

• weapons, ammunition, explosives or anything designed to injure;
• drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or prescription medicines;
• counterfeit, replica or stolen goods;
• wildlife, body parts, blood or human remains;
• adult content, escort or any sexual service;
• currency, lottery tickets, multi-level marketing or get-rich schemes;
• databases, personal data, hacked accounts, or pirated software and media;
• anything whose sale is restricted or banned by Indian law.

3. How you must behave

• Do not post the same item again and again, or across categories it does not belong in.
• Do not use someone else's photos, text or brand.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or spam another user.
• Do not scrape the site, run bots against it, or try to break its security.
• Do not use enquiry details for marketing. They are given to you for that one deal.

4. We are not part of your deal

We host listings and pass on enquiries. We do not own, inspect, store, insure or deliver anything listed, and we take no payment for it. Whatever you agree with another user is between the two of you. Please read the Disclaimer before you pay anyone.

5. Fees

Posting your free monthly ad costs nothing. Extra ads and packages are charged at the rates on the Pricing page, shown in full before you confirm. We take no commission on what you sell. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, copy, resize, watermark and distribute it for the purpose of running and promoting the marketplace. That licence ends when you delete the listing, except for copies already cached or shared elsewhere.

You confirm you have the right to post everything you upload.

7. Moderation

We may edit, hide, reject or remove any listing, and suspend or close any account, where we believe these terms have been broken or the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. A listing removed for breaking these terms is not refunded.

8. Intellectual property

The DoraSpot name, logo, design and software are ours. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to us with the details and we will act on it.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where we can give it.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or loss arising from a deal with another user. Nothing here removes a right that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from your profile. Live listings come down; unused paid credits are not refunded. We keep what the law requires us to keep — see the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. For a material change we will give notice on the site.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
